ACM ELECTS CENTER FOR NETWORKED SYSTEMS DIRECTOR ANDREW CHIEN AS ACM FELLOW
Chien is one of 20 computer scientists newly elected as a Fellow of the Association for Computing Machinery, the scientific and professional society for computer science and information technology.
