Summary
Dr. Shacham joined CSE in fall 2007. He
earned his Ph.D.in computer science in 2005 from Stanford University, and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Weizmann Institute of
Science (2006-2007). Shacham's research interests are in applied crypotography, systems security, and technology policy. He is one of
the pioneers in using pairings to construct cryptographic systems.
