Announcing the CNS Research Review | October 22-23, 2026

The 2026 CNS Research Review will take place October 22–23, 2026, at University of California, San Diego. This annual event brings together leading researchers from academia and industry to explore emerging challenges in computing and data infrastructure and to highlight research with real-world impact across technology and policy.

The research review program features research presentations and a poster session showcasing ongoing work and research directions from CNS faculty and graduate students.

Research at CNS Spans Core Areas, Including:

Networking — Internet architecture, network measurement, and next-generation communication systems
Computer Systems — Distributed systems, cloud computing, operating systems, and data infrastructure
Security and Privacy — Cybersecurity, applied cryptography, secure systems, privacy-preserving technologies
SysML and Generative AI — Machine learning systems, AI infrastructure, and data-driven computing
Embedded and Mobile Platforms — IoT, wireless systems, and edge computing technologies
Technology Policy and Societal Impact — Governance, digital trust, and the broader impact of networked systems
